gold-standard lesson
Camera as protagonist
The X one-take city prompt treats the camera like the hero. This video should not feel like shots glued together; the lens travels through glass, beads, cracks, slits, seals, and box shadow.
GLYTCH / First Batch / transition film v2
Rebuilt after reading the gold-standard prompt library. The move is not a montage and not a portal. It is a 60-second vertical ritual made from four 15-second linked generations, with every last frame becoming the next start frame.

gold-standard lesson
The YAML Seedance V2 prompt wins because every layer has a job: visual anchor, environment, timeline, physics, audio. The dashboard now separates Context, Agent planning, still prompts, and final Seedance paste.
gold-standard lesson
The Japanese sakuga prompt is heavy because every beat is caused by the last. Here: thumb clears fog -> bead forms -> vessel vibrates -> sugar wipe -> pin rolls -> crystal cracks -> lid closes.
gold-standard lesson
The motion-design/commercial examples turn one object state into the next. Our handoff rule does the same: last frame is not a transition idea; it is the next segment's literal start image.
These are planning anchors. Final Seedance slots still need clean stills with distinct jobs.

visual anchor
Current incoming five-flavor sheet. Labels are still pending Bloom lock; use as flavor-signature context, not final character law.

visual anchor
The strongest available Guapo model-sheet candidate for identity. Swap if Bloom gives a better canonical anchor.

visual anchor
Good for moss, roots, filtered light, and old-world greenhouse texture. It is not the final workbench still.

visual anchor
Use only for reflection behavior and cyan/wet light. Final city-reflection plate should remove people and readable signs.

visual anchor
Yison-style gatefold motion/structure reference only. Vendor logo/artwork must not enter final generated frames.
Start: Guapo thumb already pressing fogged tray glass.
Macro-event: The thumb trail creates a bead; the bead routes through first-batch ingredient signatures and cracks the cyan crystal.
End / next start: Half-closed brass lid; one cyan-lit vessel through the slit.
Start: Use Segment 1 final frame exactly: lid slit + cyan-lit vessel.
Macro-event: Camera slips under the lid gap, follows the cyan line around five vessels, and turns ingredients into a physical seal.
End / next start: Cyan-lit vessel projects a recipe seal onto the underside of the lid; five ingredient marks align around it.
Start: Use Segment 2 final seal frame exactly.
Macro-event: The old recipe seal hardens, cracks once, and its shards arrange into the first card-pack/box geometry.
End / next start: Foil card-pack corner and gatefold box shadow appear under the seal reflection; the recipe tray is fully shut.
Start: Use Segment 3 final frame exactly: foil edge / gatefold shadow / sealed tray.
Macro-event: Gatefold silhouette opens a few inches; light hits tub/card silhouettes without revealing final art; last frame leaves clean logo-safe darkness.
End / next start: Near-black final plate with GLYTCH logo space; cyan slit light still visible; exact logo added in CapCut.

paste first
You are planning a 60-second vertical GLYTCH anime lore transition for InVideo Agent One / Seedance. Do not generate the full minute as one video. Build four linked 15-second segments. Each segment is a single uninterrupted physical object-chain, and the final frame of segment N becomes the start frame of segment N+1. Guapo appears only as robotic hands, metal wrist, left palm, five metal fingers, and mech-collar rim reflections; no full-body Guapo face reveal. Palette: amber greenhouse light above glass, cyan city reflection below glass. Style: anime cel-shaded, gouache grain, sharp linework. Product/logo/readable text are post-production overlays only unless exact source assets are supplied. No background music, no soundtrack, no score, no BGM, no voice during generation; environmental SFX only.
paste second
Using the GLYTCH Context, produce a planning-only breakdown before generating anything. Return four 15-second segments. For each segment, give: 1) start frame, 2) exact end/handoff frame, 3) six @Image slots needed, 4) missing still-generation prompts, 5) Seedance prompt target under 3500 characters, 6) what InVideo should preserve from the previous last frame. Keep it as a physical object chain through the recipe tray, ingredients, seal, card/box ritual. No character lineup, no generic portal, no tub ad, no readable text inside generated video.

REFERENCE @Image1 = Character: Guapo identity seed, cyborg explorer, robotic hands, mech collar rim. Do not change identity or facial structure. @Image2 = old wood, brass hinges, glass vessels, roots, plant-shadow bars. @Image3 = amber worklamp over fogged glass, cyan grid under glass, black corners. @Image4 = Guapo right robotic thumb on fogged tray glass, lens six inches above surface. @Image5 = condensation bead, passionfruit pulp, cream stripe, sugar fibers, watermelon rind, cyan crystal. @Image6 = end frame: brass tray lid almost closed, one cyan-lit vessel through the slit. CHARACTER Only Guapo's right robotic thumb, metal wrist, left palm, five metal fingers, and collar reflection appear. Robotic joints move with hinge weight; fingertips leave wet pressure marks. ENVIRONMENT Scratched tray glass over dark old wood. Brass hinge seam runs left-to-right across upper frame. Vessels arc around the lens path. Roots hang under table edge. Water beads, sugar dust, juice streaks, and brass scratches remain fixed. STYLE Amber/cyan split palette. Anime cel-shaded greenhouse, gouache grain, sharp linework. Anime rendering stays cel-shaded throughout; glass refraction bends reflections; wet wood catches lamp edges. CAMERA Uninterrupted long take: MACRO SKIM -> GROUND/PUDDLE CAM -> REFLECTION REVEAL -> RACK FOCUS PULL -> OS THREAD -> WHIP/HAIR-FABRIC WIPE -> CRASH PUSH-IN -> LOCKED MA HOLD. Camera starts six inches above glass, skims screen-right along the thumb trail, tilts into reflection, threads between vessel rims and sugar fibers, dives into the crystal crack, then stops under the lid slit. CINEMATIC TIMELINE (15s) 0:00-0:02: Guapo's right thumb presses upper-left glass and drags diagonally screen-right. Fog splits under the metal pad. Condensation piles into a wet ridge. Cleared glass shows amber lamp circles above and cyan city lines below. 0:02-0:04: Camera drops to ground/puddle height. A bead swells from the ridge, detaches, and rolls screen-right. Focus pulls from thumb grooves to the bead; brass scratches and root shadows bend inside it. 0:04-0:06: The bead taps a vessel rim two inches ahead. The rim vibrates once. Passionfruit pulp with dark seeds quivers inside. Camera threads between two rims while the bead squeezes through. 0:06-0:08: A spoon tip enters from screen-right and ticks the rim. Cream draws a pale stripe around the spoon edge. Spun-sugar fibers trail, sweep across lens as a fabric wipe, then stick to wet glass. 0:08-0:10: The bead bumps a lime-green grenade pin beside a watermelon rind shard. The pin rolls left-to-right through red juice, leaving a green groove. A brass cage latch in back lifts one notch. 0:10-0:12: The bead hits a cyan crystal point-first. The crystal cracks bottom-left to top-right. Cyan light runs through the split. Focus pulls from crack edge to a masked cyan eye reflected in glass for two frames. 0:12-0:15: Guapo's left palm lowers the brass lid from top frame. Camera crash-pushes into the narrowing slit and stops before contact. One cyan-lit vessel remains visible. Dust, sugar grains, and glass splinters settle during the final 0.8s locked hold. AUDIO Environmental SFX only: metal thumb squeak, bead roll, vessel tick, sugar scrape, pin scrape, latch click, crystal crack, lid creak. No background music. No soundtrack. No musical score. No BGM. No voice. Cinematic anime craft; every surface mark causes the next frame.
operating rule
Use Agent One for planning, still generation, and segment management. Generate/approve Segment 1 stills first, run the 15s clip, pull the final frame, then let that frame become Segment 2's start. If InVideo preserves the last frame automatically, treat that exact image as law and never regenerate it from text.
